1. Service Agreement
By booking services with Persistence Cleans, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
Services must be scheduled in advance.
Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late or missed payments may result in additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
Persistence Cleans is not liable for pre-existing damages in your property.
While we take utmost care, clients must report damages within 24 hours of service.
We are insured to cover accidental damages caused by our staff.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide access to the property at the agreed time.
Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.
Notify us of any special cleaning instructions or restrictions.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
